I am going to be 100% honest. I took a friend here to get window tinting done because I don’t trust a lot of tint places (as I’ve done it myself for 7 years, automotive, residential and commercial) seen they had all 5 stars and figured we go here for him. (Only reason I didn’t do it myself was due to my work schedule and not having the time to set aside to do it). The quality and communication was terrible. Very confused on how they had all 5 stars when we went. Tried to reach out numerous times for a refund or a reapply, and got no response! When we have to drive out 30 minutes 3 different times (1 time being because the dude that was supposed to fix it just decided not to show up “forgot we were coming”) it’s not even a matter of professionalism at this point it’s a skill issue. It is not hard to run a quality standard business when you do it correctly. And now I’m going to have to find the time to do it myself or we’re going to have to go to another shop!

Terrible communication. Been reaching out to them for over a week and they won’t respond for a redo or my money back. They did a very bad job tinting my car. Tint job has dirt, creases and uneven cuts on every window. It’s hard to see in the pictures but are very visible irl. There is dirt underneath the tint. Company refuses to respond after multiple calls, emails, and messages. And now they blocked me on messages and on Facebook. They are liars and won’t do their job properly and won’t do their warranty like they say. Update: they have never reached out to me to solve the problem but have blocked me. It seems other people had a similar experience. They have been accusing the customers that the issue is their fault and not their own. Solve the issue or refund

The staff was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail, making sure everything was done perfectly.
